Quick Products is an easy to use, affordable, modular system for the woodworking industry. It combines Sales Order Processing, Catalogue Management, Stock Control facilities. The system supports multiple catalogues and offers a catalogue export/import facility in order to keep non-networked computers up to date. Multi-user Network versions are available.

The QuickSales System has been developed in order to provide a user-friendly Sales Order Processing System that can export its data into Product Planner.  It allows the user to create and maintain a database of customer names an addresses, create quotations for both standard and custom sized products from its in-built product catalogues and provides an instant snap shot of where an order is at any time.

Order details can be exported into Product Planner for manufacturing when required.  Customer enquiries are easy to handle and credit terms and status are available as the sales order is entered or delivered.

Quick Products comes preloaded with a standard set of reports for Analysis, Quotations, Invoices and Summary purposes all of which can be modified or added to by using Crystal Report Writer.  Different customers can have different delivery notes for example and or, quotations as required.

The flexibility of the system caters for both standard and custom sized products, using the parameter based product options facility for each individual product.  This allows a series of questions unique to each individual product to appear within the main screen at product entry.  These parameter values are automatically transferred across to Product Planner for manufacturing purposes.

The flexibility of Quick Products enables it to be set up according to your requirements.  This enables quick and easy order entry and tracking through the system.  Additionally, part order delivery notes can be created to complete the information available for each order.  Invoices in multi currency and euros are also available.
