CORALSys believe that the controls needed for ISO9001 should be transparent to the user as they become part of everyday operations. ItBIS is a modular system that helps to achieve this. All modules store their data in a common database and is available to other modules as required. This means that all information is only ever input once. Although the modules do share data they are not dependant upon each other for basic operations but some features may not be present without other modules. The only exception to this is the management review module, a large part of its purpose is to analyse the data produced by the other modules.

Admin Provides centralised Administration for all modules purchased.  As new modules are added the extra configuration options automatically become available.
Client Management A simple Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Recruit A specialised CRM system for the recruiting industry. Combines CRM for clients and candidates together with sophisticated search options to match candidates to opportunities.
Project Control A program to control projects using checklists and milestones. Also records customer complaints and problems against the project.
Corrective Action Collates customer complaints and problem reports from all projects to provide a company wide view.
Timesheets Timesheet entry against project tasks and common activities. Separate authorisation program to review and approve timesheets.
