 Training Module
The Training module
of the e-Business ItBIS Suite of software, electronically records and
manages staff training. Training plans can be put in place for individuals using
client defined templates. For example, if all sales staff go through a series of
training courses to obtain a qualification, the list of courses can be stored as
a template and then applied to individuals as required. Progress against the
training plan can be recorded and monitored. Feedback can be provided for
courses that staff attend and rankings can be allocated to identify good and bad
courses/ providers.
The Training Module also allows the company to specify how
many people are required with each skill, e.g. "the company shall have 5 trained
first-aiders". The Training Module can then perform a gap analysis between
the stated and actual requirements.
