Purchasing Module

The Purchasing module of the e-Business ItBIS Suite of software, electronically records all purchasing data. Staff may make purchase requests and the approver is allocated according to rules specified in the admin program. Once approved and orders placed, the goods are recorded as being delivered and the state of the goods when delivered. Dates when ordered, promised and actually delivered are recorded for supplier assessment.
