Project Control Module

The Project Control module of the e-Business ItBIS Suite of software, electronically manages all activities on projects ensuring that nothing gets forgotten. A project can be broken down into  tasks with estimates and staff allocation. Staff when using the timesheet module can book to project tasks that they have been assigned to and the system can also be configured that staff have to provide an estimate of the remaining work when completing timesheets. All data entered by the timesheet module is available in summary form within the project module.

Problems, change requests and customer complaints for the project can all be recorded and progress against these items recorded.

All user definable milestones can have checklists attached which aids project managers to ensure that all company specified activities are completed prior to a milestone being reached.
