The Human Resources (HR) module of the e-Business ItBIS Suite of software, electronically records all data relating to employed staff. All aspects of staff employment are covered including recording of application data, maintenance of company CV if required, training records (from training module), disciplinary procedure, grievance procedure, special entitlements (maternity/ paternity leave), any other special arrangements.
