Corrective Action Module

The Corrective Action module of the e-Business ItBIS Suite of software, electronically manages all activities on problem reports and customer complaints ensuring that nothing gets forgotten. Problems and customer complaints can be assigned to projects and people. For each item there are several pre-defined attributes for which each company can specify and alter the allowable values using the admin module. There are also company definable fields and values to further customise the module. All problem reports and customer complaints are shared with the project module. The corrective action module provides a company wide view of problems and complaints.
